Himachal, Haryana, TamilNadu, Gujarat complete State WAN

Himachal Pradesh, Gujarat, TamilNadu and Haryana are the 4 states in the country which have wide area network connecting all administrative offices from capital to district to taluk to panchayat level. This will enable for e-governance projects to be delivered easily.

The connectivity also will ensure that internet connections can be given. All the 4 states have literacy rates in the range 70-75% making it easier for utilization of such projects.

Already Himachal Pradesh being the first to have completed this has received ISO Certification from Norway for transparent and efficient system of issuing transport and driver licenses.
